The round tag on the back of the compressor pump should have the model number. Examples C90, D96, F97, or SR96 (not limited to what I listed)

Don't know about the condition but $350 seems reasonable. I, however never pay retail. Offer $250 and go up if necessary. I do know that Curtis makes top quality industrial compressors. We have a 15hp/120 gal horizontal tank/2-stage/3-phase with an air dryer at work. It was purchased 10 years ago and has never been used! It's sitting in the boiler room. We perform annual and bi-annual maintenance on it. A federal inspector comes out once every year to re-certify it. Just sittin' there. It's a cryin' shame!!

The pump model won't be stamped on the tag, but rather part of the paint on the tag. The numbers you are giving are lot numbers.

If you go look at it - and it runs, is quite and pumps up fairly fast - I don't see how you could go too wrong at $350.00 - - but as others have said - I'd rather take a chance on it at $250.00. $350.00 is getting close to the price of a brand new compressor...

FWIW,
Carl B.

It is a little loud not bad could talk over it,The only thing I couldn't really tell if it was a knock or just the sound of a 60 year old compressor it pumped up fairly quickly, started right up.
