Hey guys, been a while. Been so busy with work and marriage and work I haven't been around much.
At work this week saw an elderly lady (she volunteered that she is about to turn 60) building loader arms for the mini skid steers we build. I was talking with her for a while and she wanted to show me the ergonomic handle wrenches she had our tooling department make for her. She uses them to backup bolts when tightening lock nuts with an impact. She even made me try her job using a regular wrench and with the ergo wrenches and man what a difference... She said the wregular wrench had caused her pretty severe nerve and tendon damage in her left hand as well as carpel tunnel. Pretty great insight in my opinion.
Wrenches are Proto (as are 80% of out tools) with one end cut off and pipe notched and pressed down over the shaft and welded together. No welding to the wrench, handles look like bicycle handles to me.
