Hector,

Great video! I mean seriously, it's very well done!

I'm sure you'll fit in well here. Please stick around.

I just completed a production job where I could have used a few of those angle clamps. I remember looking at them a while back and being turned off by the price. Perhaps I'll make a couple now that they're fresh in my mind.

Welcome to Garage Journal, and thanks for the video link. You have done an excellent job in preparing and taping the video. The quality was terrific and the content was very informative. Best of luck with future videos. Bill

Hector, awesome video and thanks for sharing your work!

The trailer turned out excellent and it looks like it will be put to good use.

Do yourself a favor and pick up some flap disc and throw one on a grinder to grind welds instead of using the small die grinder. It will go much quicker and not use up all your time and roloc discs grinding welds.

Thank you everyone for your kind comments!

Lol, KerryH.I would normally use my big grinder for the job. But could not get the GoPro to mount on it. So had to settle for the small grinder. I also have a flap disc that mouts to it also, hmm, should of used it.
I got a lot of slack for that one! Lolol

Hector, that was a great video and welcome to the G.J. I already have a question for you, is that a regular circular wood working saw? And what kind of blade did you use? I like that set up cause it seems like it results in a very clean cut with little mess and no sparks flying all over the place.

Moonman29,

The saw I use is made by SteelMax its alot stronger than your typical skil saw.

You can pick one up at your local welding shop. a little pricy around 3-400. bucks and blades run around 40-50 bucks.

The saw is awesome I love it. After I cut metal, I can take that same piece and put it right up to my cheeks right after cutting. It does not get hot! the chips get collected on the side cover. The Chips or shaving are extremely hot.
Glasses are a must. Should be wearing then anyways!

Excellent! Very, very high quality video. How did you bore the 3/4 holes? It looked like an annular cutter but the work piece was spinning??

If I'm not mistaken, he had the gopro camera mounted on the chuck or quill of whatever drill he was using, so it was spinning with the cutter. That's why the cutter looks stationary and the workpiece looks like it's spinning.

Welcome Hector! I watched the one video you posted, next thing I knew I viewed all of them in one sitting! Very informative and nice camera work.

I like the tip about putting silicone in the side cutters.
