Yes,I had one made 7x 14 foot for my shop. But be warned as they cost as much or more than a standard size door. I paid 1300.00 for the one that I had made and installed. That was from a freind in the business.

Call your local shops for quotes on them. They can make it. I prefer insulated doors. The one I got for the shop is actually 2 inches thick. I think that most are 1 3/8 or so.

8 foot wide may even be a standard size.

You are close to me and I might be able to help you out. PM me the info about the door. Is it 7' wide by 8' tall? What type of door are you looking for? We make doors in any inch increment width wise and most 3" increments height wise.

I think 7' wide is also standard for loading dock doors.

Yes, garage doors can be made in any size especially done in wood. Custom wood garage doors have specially designed tracks and motors to carry the extra weight. We have done gfarage doors 21' wide and up to 10' ft tall so anything is possible.
