Custom printing bit holders?

What process(es) do companies use to print markings onto surfaces such as this hard rubber bit holder? And if I were to want to have some custom printing done (replicate the OEM markings) where might I look for such a service? Thanks!

Probably a screen print. Check with your local pot head t shirt printer. Or check the 3d printing thread, being done in print layers now.
