Thought I'd share some hose hangers I built. A customer of mine asked me to design and fabricate some stainless hose hangers. The cheap plastic ones break way too easy under a Vitner process hose, and they need to be stainless if they are going to be metal. So big box store options are out.
I experimented with a couple designs, and had a few that were really cool, but too expensive to make. So here is what I came up with. I wanted the design to be simple, and utilize as few parts as possible. Just two laser cut plates welded to a length of 3" process pipe. The opening in the pipe is big enough for a hose sprayer or an air chuck, and is chemical, corrosion and dumb employee resistant. I liked the design enough that I made a few extras for my shop.
