custom toolbox badge?

Has anyone ever made a custom replacement toolbox badge -- looking for ideas to replace all the various versions in the shop that I have with my own name / branding. I hate stickers/vinyl/advertising on my boxes -- thus looking for ideas more creative that look like a true badge. Need to make (DIY or outsourced) at least qty 22+ and hope to keep cost <$20-$25/ea for materials. Thoughts? Ideas? Anyone make anything like this before? Thx.

Also anyone have an idea on the new GJ Alliance badge construction? Years ago did the etched black/brass tag thing but wondering how they did the red color here. (see picture) Might be a 2nd further option for myself to personalize the box with my own riveted color badges. Is the red painted or etched or ??? Other color options?

Super old thread, but www.toolboxemblems.com will custom make any toolbox badge you need. They stock a bunch of different magnet and tape options, and the quality is A1

For 50 bucks you can a Garage Journal badge and show some real class. Also it will help keep this joint up and running

I have a couple under construction. Cost will be more than your budget though, and very time consuming!
1st air manifold, 2nd plaque 3rd waterjet name tag, 4th is a plug cover also for the Never-Never welding table as are the 1st. & 2nd. pic. The welding table parts still require the black epoxy to be poured, some day, I hope! Harry

lots of them have been sold and some guys may be looking for a way to justify the purchase

I am not sure they could do the multi colors though
