Is there a minimum # of custom decals I have to order? Do you have reflective white material?

No minimum. We have a hi gloss white. If you order enough, I can purchase a reflective vinyl. We don't carry it as we do not really get any reflective orders. Hi gloss might work though. What are you looking to get?

I'd be interested in single color overlays for the drawer fronts of my tool boxes. Just something to keep them clean and tske some of the abuse.

I've got some rolling 5 drawer Craftsman boxes I just picked up and the vinyl would really spruce things up.

Depends, what type of surface are you wondering about? We have had people apply to tile, and orange peal walls. They stick to pretty much anything, but what are you wondering about?

Painted drywall... but it's got that flattened texture to it.

Yeah, you should be just fine. I have stickers up in my garage on plain drywall and painted drywall.
