Yeah... I have less than half of that into my 2' X10' bench made of welded 2" square, with a receiver for a vice or bender, or... and a solid 3/4" oak (flooring) top.

Does it come with a warranty?

I don't think so but it does have custom lighting.:bounce:

****NEW! ADDED BONUS***
For those members who cannot move this behemoth or don't have the funds for the prebuilt model, I am also checking interest levels in quitting my job and selling plans to build this bench for only $99.99:thumbup:

Ha, that cracks me up that the ad is in Barrington. There are $8 million houses in that town. I doubt many are searching CL for a workbench!

**** I threw away enough materials recently that I could have build a hundred of those. I could have made $25000 off my scrap lumber:headscrat

I'll give the guy credit, it's decent bench and would probably work for most home garages. The price, whoa ! way out to lunch on that one.

I think he is hoping for some of that Barrington money to come from someone who has zero building skills.

but, but, but it's gonna last a lifetime cause it's made out of pressure treated 4x4's,and each shelf has a capacity of 80lbs,and it has a spot for those special kneedle nose pliers and even that electrical tape!I know what I am doing- I even use the most effective snow shovel ever made.I just need something bigger for all my drill\driver bits.

I think if you are handy enough to need a workbench, you should be handy enough to build one yourself out of wood.

some people think they are handy enough (renovation realities for exapmle), and that's why this guy is asking 275 for a junky workbench
