Since I don't have much to report on my project I figure I will post one I did for a customer earlier this year. I told him about this site and hopefully he will join when he has the time.

It started as a block garage that used to be a tractor repair shop back "in the day" among other things with various owners.

We stuccoed the front facade with a freestyle finish to keep with the theme of the building.

For the interior he was thinking race deck but decided on grey epoxy to keep with the character of the building.

Diamond grinding the 40+ year old slab

Priming with oil stop primer coal tar epoxy.

We filled any major divots or cracks but the owner wanted the character of the old floor to show. We could have done a self leveling cement overlayment to make it look like a new slab prior to coating but the "character" would have been lost.

Here is the finished product with a urethane topcoat.
