Customizable wall storage idea

all the woodworking magazines run a feature like that about every year or so. some variation of French cleat and different boxes for storage.

the best version was I think American woodworker, they made all the boxes with Masonite and pine, and had plans for real thin ones for rolls of tape.

I use French cleats a lot in the woodshop to hang cabinets and things, but for organizing stuff, I just prefer the plastic stackable bins they sell everywhere.
