I am looking into buying these three items for my garage. I do most of my own work, with the help of my son. I don't anticipate heavy usage on any of the three items at most maybe 3-5 times/year, so I am not looking at professional grade stuff, just value oriented tools. I saw at Lowes they have and IR die grinder for $50 which I am willing to spend. Any help would be appreciated. :headscrat

I've got the HF 90-degree air grinder (the $28 model, not the cheaper one) and I have been quite pleased with it. I also have a foreign-made Sioux, which I got for a fair price at the pawn shop, that I like even better (more power).

I got an old Chicago Pneumatic ratchet wrench on eBay and have been happy with it (it doesn't work for every situation where you need a ratchet, but it sure saves time when it does fit the situation).

I don't have any experience with a small cutoff (3"). I'll be watching here for recommendations.
