I found this little guy in a metal recycle bin a couple of years ago ,on the top of the sliding jaw it says Billings&Spencer co. Hartford conn. On the. Fixed jaw it says made for Pope MFG CD the marking on the scale seems to read 32 though it's hard to read because it,s worn on the other side it says on the sliding jaw , C E Billings pat,d February 18 th 1879 I,ve heard pope made bicycles and later motorcycles ,which one of these would have used this wrench? Any ideas?

The romantic hills of central Umbria, Italy,
And saved from being turned into next month's Harbor Freight whatever... Well done, sir!:thumbup::thumbup:

Now all you need is the bicycle to go with it! (Pope made Columbia Bicycles, BTW)

Unless of course it's part of the motorcycle kit... In which case one of these may be in your future...

Either way... you are likely doomed to our family of those who curse ebay sellers and practice the art of obscure parts chasing!
