Hi I have a Cutler Hammer main panel i am looking for a circut breaker 50 amp that can feed a 1/0 wire or is there a reducer

there are reducer type fittings available. you can also use a splice to a smaller wire.

If you are oversizing your wire & running a equipment grounding conductor, you have a serious issue w/ 250.122(B) here is a copy & paste from the 2008 NEC.

(B) Increased in Size. Where ungrounded conductors are
increased in size, equipment grounding conductors, where
installed, shall be increased in size proportionately according
to the circular mil area of the ungrounded conductors.

Little more details please? The lugs in jasons link would need a special crimp tool to do what they are designed for......

Try Polaris connectors, expensive but worth the money.
