Cutting new concrete

I just had a 15x30 3.5in thick pad poured in my pole building. I still need to have cut. Could i get away with using a diamond blade on my dewalt skilsaw? If so how deep would I need to cut

Yes, I cut mine myself. Used a diamond blade from HD and set a hose up at a trickle to cool. I stood on a sheet of OSB for a straight edge. It was easier than I thought it would be.
