Sometimes I tend to OVER-THINK projects, however with the cost of materials and time spent I like to do both efficiently. I have (7) overhead electrical outlets, and I need to cut openings in the ceiling liner that has ribs on 9" centers. What would make a nice smooth neat cut that would be easy to do. Any ideas you would care to share would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Foamer

Harbor Freight (bad word) has a mini air saw, that I bought. For the price, it worked really
well. It does require a LOT of air. So if you have a small compressor, you can only use it
for about 10-15 seconds at a time. The blade is small, so it does really tight turns. I got mine for $9.

Are these for the lights ? Would it be posssible to drill a hole for a small section of conduit that would run right into the light fixture ?

I'm not sure what the outlets are for or what type of lighting you're using.

I helped a friend do his ceiling. We used a pneumatic cutoff tool with 3" wheels. We relocated the ceiling boxes to be between the deep ribs so that outlet plates could be fit.
