Cutting Tile Around Garage Door Tracks

Hello All, I'm finally getting around to doing my floor install this weekend. I was hoping i could get some assistance on how I should go about cutting the tile so its more or less flush around the garage track.

Newage does provide this install video, but completely skips over showing how this is achieved despite them showing them cutting and making a near perfect fit. Timestamp is going to be 5:16

I'd appreciate any guidance on this.

Take a section of the track off, heat it up and melt the track into the tile where you want it.

I'm not sure I understand the question. They showed how they marked the cut and then they showed cutting it with a jig saw. What part are you confused about?

Looks like you should use a jigsaw for the cuts.
For end cuts it appears a table saw keeps em straight and square.

I watched the video and I'm not sure what you're missing.
You'll need to scribe the shape of the track so you can cut it out with a jig saw. That part I guess they skipped.?
