I have this Titanium exhaust, about 1.5" OD and the wall thickness is 0.05".
The pipe sticks out way too far past the flange, about 1.5"
I need to take about an inch off, leaving only 1/2" to the flange.

I've never done anything with Ti. Can I just hacksaw this with a regular 32T blade?

Saw blade slow and steady.
Try to score or work around the perimeter to keep as many teeth engaged as can be.

Or

Thin cut off wheel

You should be able to saw it, use a new blade, put oil on it, cutting oil preferred, but anything is better than dry. Don't be in a hurry. You might have to press harder than you're used to.

Just don't let it get hot. Titanium will age harden like crazy if you get it hot while cutting it. I've drilled some Ti bars to make rings on a lathe, and run into some real issues when I got downhole far enough that there wasn't enough mass in the bar left to take away the heat.

Bandsaw will do the job

ddawg, some exhaust suppliers finish the material to be weld ready, like Ticon which gives a polished/brushed look. I think Vibrant leaves it raw. Finished Ti looks similar to a finished SS.
But seeing this is a production muffler/exhaust system, I'd guess it was brushed/finished from the factory as well as colored.
