Of the three sets of quick attach forks I own none will sit flat on the ground at boom down on the modified new holland so, this set was the easiest to modify as it’s basically a mast with a center open quick attach bolted to it.
Needs the plate raised 2”. Hour with the torch and grinder and she’s cut up ready to go. Destroyed the old plate due to the location and amount of welds on it

Waiting on a new 3/8’s plate with open(visibility)center to show
Up

Have 6’ tines for it now

you couldnt just extend the forks down?
Like maybe move the stops or slot the bottom hole?

The bars the forks hook to are very intergeral to the frame assembly on all three sets. To move thosenid have to cut the quick tach loose then cut all those loose

Other option is cutting and and modifying actual tines, but that doesn’t do we good as I swap between 4’ and 6’ tines for the machine

Cutting up the tines would be very low on my list of choices.

Can you acquire a forklift mast of the same ITA class (the vertical distance between the "hooks" on the tines from a junkyard/scrapyard/forklift graveyard? Then you'd just have to adapt the structure, you'd already have the machined& & notched bars.

Yep my thoughts exactly. Pretty much what I cut mine down To now, just waiting on a new premade quick attach plate to show up. For $125 for a 3/8” it’s not worth making.....

All better. Spaced it out and marked it, clamped it on machine and then clamped mast to it so everything fits. Welded most of it on machine to help prevent warping
Weld inspector satisfied

Quick tach sits 2” taller on Mast then other two pictured
