You're place is looking good! Coming along nicely.

It's been a while since I have visited DaBarn.
I see things are moving along quite well. The Extinguisher is awusome What a shine. I hadn't thought of mounting one from the bottom. Great idea.
Thanks for referring my thread to imbuggy. That was very nice of you.
The parking meter base looks great. I like the texture.
I'll keep my eyes open for aspirin boxes for you I like the display box alot.
Your place is very inviting from the pictures you've posted.
Thanks
Don
That Bayer sign is kickass!![]()

I've read this one in the past. If I ever win the lottery lol

BF, I doesn't matter how long it takes to do stuff when you see quality outcomes like you have achieved..
Regards

Great job on the restoa parking meter is on my want list too.
Here's some before and after pics of it, And I found a spot for on the southwest wall, now I need to find one of those vintage fire extinguisher signs to hang above it
That was a very clever repair on the fine box hinge. I tried JB weld on my last gas pump but it didn't hold and after I had painted it the base split open just as if I hadn't touched it. The parking meter is a fine addition to the little party garage (I like it )
Another great restoration BF.
Are there any tricks to getting the little placard pins out without damaging the placard ? I need to remove the ones on that makita saw I've been working on soon.
I must get back and start on reading Dons thread, I first looked when I joined GJ but I don't think I was quite ready back then
Cheers GB.

I took a week off work to just tinker around in the barn and finish up some projects I had going...especially the Goodyear sign that has been sitting around for long time, It turned out to be a productive week off and I will post some pictures...
Fine work on the fine box.
I have a coke machine with a pot metal access door. Part of the handle is broke off so the JB weld might be the solution.
Is that Butch's or Butchered body shop?![]()
BF, just fantastic stuff all round...
Thanks for the update..![]()
Bears Fan,
Excellent job with the wall art!
BF, it just keeps getting better and better. Just beautiful!
Nice work I like the corner shelf!
Great job with the Goodyear sign that looks really cool!
BF, it just keeps getting better and better. Just beautiful!
Awesome BF well done.
I'll just echo Bob the good year looks awesome!

Filling up fast with some really cool and unique items. The white letters on the black background looks great.
BF, now that sign is to die for, well done..![]()
Great sign man! Cool **** just keeps accumulating.![]()

Awesome Awesome Thread... Love the resto's. Sometimes I enjoy "Cleaning" something up more than I enjoy making from scratch... Its a rewarding experience to take something old Faded and Forgotten and make it look like its just come off the production line. Keep them coming.

Love your Barn and your style!!! Going to borrow some of your ideas and tricks. My OCD is bothering me though, have you thought about painting your OSB walls?
Please keep posting and have an awesome Holiday season!!
Hey Buddy
Just stopped by to see whats new (had to go back a couple of pages)
So that corner shelf is to good to be true and just how many of those very cool dispensers are you holding back from us (now I'm looking for a pen vending machine "thanks")
I really like the "GOOD YEAR" sign According to that date chart your white letters don't exist and I'm confused on what year mine is (yellow letters, blue tin can)
Your lil party garage is turning out super great
Thanks for sharing it
Don
As for that Goodyear color chart I don't know or think it is accurate? (I just found that picture of the chart on the internet) I was just using it to figure out what color of blue to paint the background of the sign, the wife and I decided to make the background black at the last minute anyway... We are really happy with how it turned out
