Damaged floor coating, can this be fixed?

I just acquired this properly and noticed a few spots of damage to the floor. I know nothing about the system used but it is quite thick (1/8"). In one area w/ the largest diameter of damage (About 2.5") it is lifting around the perimeter of the damage. The last pic which is the entry into the garage just appears to not have been coated at all. Can this be fixed? If so, any input on how is appreciated.

Hi, most likely it cannot be perfectly matched but we can get it close but would need to be mailed a sample chip of the floor so we can see the base color and the flecks and do our best to match. We have the flecks and the epoxy, and most certainly can make it much better.

Do you think this is your coating? What is the procedure to fix this? It does not have to be perfect, i just don't want it getting worse.

Most likely not but we have epoxy to build this up, and flecks for what looks like black, white and gray.

You would scrape off any loose epoxy and apply our epoxy primer, and then 100% solids epoxy, flecks and topcoat. We can explain, not difficult.

I understand. One question, when I do start scraping off the old epoxy will I get to a point where it is bonded well enough where I can't scrape anymore Continue to scrape until I stop should I score at a certain spot so it stops at that point? I will send you a sample of what I've got how big of a sample do you need?

Scrape until loose stuff stops, lightly hand grind to feather the thick edges.

If most of the floor is good you may want to consider recoating the entire thing once repairs are made since most likely it will look 'patched' due to the age of th floor and dirty/weathering.

The entry (apron) should not be coated if exposed to sun since epoxies are not designed for outdoor use. The coating should b stopped at the inside edge of the door seal.

The rest of the floor is in perfect shape. The rest of the floor is 13 years old. These are such small patches in a huge area I'm not too concerned if they don't match exactly. I just don't want it to spread.

Have to square them up. Start with a putty-knife or equivalent to find out where the material is still adhered. Grind off the failing areas using a hand-grinder with a cup wheel or a diamabrush head.

Once the areas are fully prepared, apply 100% solids epoxy, place flake into epoxy, allow to cure, knock off the excess, topcoat with clear epoxy or polyurea.

They look small, but you won't know what you really have until you start prepping them.

Yes, we can put a complete kit together for you. We would though want to see a mailed chip to make sure the colors are as close as possible of the flecks.
