Dampness and smell with Radiant Heat

I just got my radiant system up and running monday. This is in my 48x32 insulated barn. When ever I walk in it feels like walking into a room with an indoor pool. I will pick up a humidity gauge this weekend just to check the humidity level but is this normal?

Also this is a tankless propane water heater and currently I just have the condensate drain port draining into a bucket. The discharge has an acidic smell and I wonder if this is what I am smelling when I walk in and what I can do to eliminate it. I do plan to hard line this to a drain below the sink which is not pictured

Thanks in advance

Maybe you have water in the slab --- yes, you will get a smell from the boiler drain.

I typically pipe the boiler water feed and the expansion tank to the bottom of the Spirovent -- I'm assuming the pump is pumping into the zone
