New guy here, had a 2 1/2 car garage built about 4 years ago, fitted out the shell and started filling it up with car junk and cool stuff. Installed a lift about three weeks ago and had to modify the "high lift door" tracks and install a torsion bar door operator to make it work. Heres some pics;
