oh yea, recieved mine today and used it right away outta the box........didn't even use the anchors as i was only lifting a toyota............and the 6 foot plus clearance is an added bonus in my 7 foot high garage..........not crazy about the cable slack adjusters so threw those out, and the cheap chinese gas engine will have to be replaced in the near future..........considering that the contest only closed last week i am more than impressed with this company and their quick delivery of the product withiut payment from me............definetly will do business with them again..........

I bought the MaxJax in October, but have not had time to unpack it. I have 4 vehicles and asked Dannmar what they would recommend for setting it up. My vehicles are 1970 Porsche 911T, 2012 Civic Hybrid, 2006 Honda CR-V and 2008 Toyota Tundra Double Cab Standard Bed. I was hoping if I installed the anchors to lift my Tundra that I could us the same installation position to lift the smaller vehicles. But they did not give me a straight answer. Setup two positions. So, when I get the time I will see if one will work with all vehicles. But who knows when that will be. Anyone else have the same problem or question? What did you do? Take care and have a wonderful New Year.

I think you will just have to do what I did. Set it into position for the truck without drilling any holes, just make sure the arms are long enough to reach the support points. Mark the position and then try the other vehicles and see if they will reach. I have an '89 Probe and a '73 Chevy pickup and the main problem was that the arms are not very long. I can't get out of my truck door when it is in the lift location. I have to leave it out of gear and push it into place.
