I've been getting this message on and off all day, mostly on. Are there issues?

When I looked around 3:00 (about 30 minutes before I started this thread) and started a thread here, there was nothing. So I was worried it was just me. That thread had disappeared by the time I started this one...

I got a notice from an anti-virus program that I needed to update several of my drivers the day before this website had trouble. I was working on something and just gave it the go-ahead due to recognizing the software. It rendered my mouse inoperable and caused enough havoc in my computer that I had to restore to an earlier config date. This website could not be accessed the next day. Coincidence?
