Came across this wrench in the tool box I inherited from my grandfather. I googled it and came across this website that has a date range of "1936-1939, 1962". Any way to figure out if it's from the 30's versus the 60's?

Around 1948 BP Wrenches were rebranded Snap-on.

Is there a dating number on the reverse?

Unplated tools were common in WW2
