As noted in my introduction thread. My first challenge is the electrical installation. The minimum code requirements aren’t difficult. Minimum one interior light, one receptacle and one exterior light over standard door. Once completed and can get inspected, pass, then finish electrical at my own pace. I’ve probably come up with ten different ways to mount the exterior light. All will probably work. It’s deciding which one. Any suggestions for a ribbed metal building would be appreciated. To minimize hole size penatration I’m leaning towards a LB (pvc) then vertical to lighting outlet box with 2x4s mounted inside behind skin to support box. I will then just use a single lamp holder.
For interior wire run, was going to come off a metal 4x4 box, then run a piece of UF-B from box through stub connected to LB and into light fixture.
Thoughts?
