Hi I just picked up an old Dayton 1Z707 bench grinder. This thing is built like a sherman tank. I was told it was from the 50’s or 60’s. Unfortunately its missing the right side cover and the tool rest(?) are missing. It runs well, kinda hoping to do some restoration to it.
I have attached pictures including the mfg label. Do any of you know about this unit? Maybe can tell me the age or online resources where I can find out about it and maybe find parts?
