We went to a church garage sale this morning and I picked this up for $1, works. :)

good find, and, obviously, great price. I've found 2 since I started looking about a year ago at garage sales, need a few more. I've seen some on CL for over $50 each.

I average around $15 each when I have bought my articulated fluorescent lights (not all of mine are Dazors).

I'm up to a total of 6 - 3 desktop models, 2 circular magnifier models and 1 clamp/screw on model like yours.

Enjoy yours!

Cheers

Jim

I love those lamps. I've had a couple of them. One died a painful death when it came crashing off my drafting desk, and bent on impact. The other was sold off when we moved. Along with my vintage Boardmaster drafting arm. I loved my old drafting equipment. Most of it was made in the 1930's. The table, my stool, the equipment, even the briefcase I kept my triangles, French curves and such. Just not as much fun to draw with my laptop, or my new drafting stuff. Keith
