DBE locking reversible wrench?

Do they exist? Ideally a dbe locking flex with a reversible switch and the other end non ratcheting? I couldn't find anything, I found mountain brand which are reversible but no lock and both ends ratchet.

No, they do not.

Either the lock or the reverse will end up in a compromised position--

at some stage-- if the head also flexes.
