I am new to this forum and searching all over the internet for advice. I have a shop at my house I just moved into. 20 x 30. The floor has paint spills on it, and a few large spots that I have de greased 4 times, etched it, and they STILL bead. So my questions are as follows:
1. Do I have to get all the old paint off to epoxy paint the floor
2. If I rent a diamond grinder, will this be good enough on the spots that wont seem to de grease or am I wasting my time and money?
