I was going to say that if you had to pay 3 or 4 times that, you would still qualify for a "you ****" award. I have one at work that I keep die changeover parts in and with the bins, is one of the handiest cabinets that there is. I hope you get it. After you pay the guy, then tell him what they go for and get a look at his face.

Sent an Email last night, no reply...
This morning it was still listed and sent another Email, this email came back 'non-deliverable' and now it is not listed.

Sometimes when I see deals that are too good to be true I wonder if they're just someone screwing around. And sometimes, you just have to be looking at the right time. Saw a nice Matco toolbox/cart that would usually go for around $400-500 a couple weeks ago for $125. I emailed an hour after it was posted and the guy wrote back he'd already gotten ten emails about it.

I remembered that even when they were on special in the monthly flyers they ran over $500 just not how much

Could be a case of spam fishing or potential ID theft etc.
I use a seldom used gmail address for CL or anything questionable far and away I get 50-75 spam a day on that email address.
