dealing w/ spoolin spec v

Has anyone else done business with spoolin spec v? Anyone else have any problems?

I sent him money on 8-25-08 for his XL Blue Point Wrenches via Paypal, he kept up contact for a little while, said they were sent out, I never received them, he never provided a tracking number.

I don't like posting something like this up, I like to give people the benefit of the doubt... our lives get busy and sometimes things get pushed to the side. However, it has been over 4 weeks since payment was sent, and over 2 weeks since I'm had contact with him.

If anyone has exchanged emails with him (that I could get his email address, it's not available thru the site), or knows what is going on with him because let me know. I don't want to have to file a claim though Paypal because I would prefer the wrenches.

I'd like to think that he didn't intentionally rip you off. Maybe he's in a hospital/jail/etc.??

Based on PM messages I've had with him, I wasn't getting the impression that he was be the type to intentionally rip me off either. I hope everything is OK with him, but when I haven't heard anything for a couple weeks it just caused me to take this additional step. I don't need them right now or anything, I just want to know that I'm not getting ripped off.

He got back to me at that email address... looks like they got lost in shipping and he is going to have to file a claim.

Not to be one who says anything bad about anyone, but awhile back I tried to buy an air wrench from him. I paypaled him the money, he said it was on its way. After about 2 weeks I email him saying I never received it. He offered to send me my money back. I told him to track the package first and see where it was. The next day he said it was returned to him because it had the wrong address on it. He transposed two numbers. So he said he would ship it out with the right address. I waited 2 more weeks and I still didn't get it. So I PM'd telling him I still didn't get it and got no response. I emailed him directly and got no reply. I ended up filling a complainant with paypal. After 2 weeks I was sent my money back, and later he emailed me an apology. I' m not sure whats going on with him so I left it off the board. I didn't want to cause any problems for him in the future in case mine was an isolated incident. I did after all get my money back and it was only $25. I hope you can solve you problem.

I have dealt with him a few times no issue whatsoever. Maybe something happened? I hope nothing bad.
