Hey Guys, Figured I would document my shop build. The building was originally a 2 bay auto repair shop. The main shop area is
28' x 29'. There is a tool room / storage area 32' x 9', and an office area 29' x 17'. Finally a small bathroom / compressor room.


The main shop area was originally divided in half, I was using this building as office / storage space at the time so this area was converted into offices complete with drop ceilings, sheetrock, etc.

Have been working on the ceiling. ripped out all the old electrical conduit... replacing / repairing the damaged sheetrock... would like to rip it all down and re-insulate but time / $$ will not allow... patched it up the best I could installing T5-HO Lighting should be like yankee stadium when im finished !!!
