I have a metal building that's been up about 18 months.
I have only had my car in it about 2 months.
Noticed getting debree on the top of my car
Maybe this happens when i mow and blow grass.
Has any had this problem?
No issues with water leaking.
Maybe the roof caps are wide enough?
I have foam insulation between the roof cap and roof panel.

Thank you

Do you leave that garage door open often? Do you have tight fitting weatherstripping on the garage door? Since the roof cap is vented, anything blowing in under or around the door will tend to rise and then the contents of the air drop out as the speed slows.

I went through and spray foamed all of the raised gaps on the walls. I still get occasional debris from the roof and dust from the unsealed slab

Roof cap meaning ridge vent? Foam meaning the mesh? What do you have between the roof panel and top of wall above the gutter?

We get some dust and debris in our attached garage even with the doors closed. It can be pretty bad if the doors are left open due to the constant wind here. The wind usually comes from the other side of the house, but due to various vortexes and swirls it still comes into the garage. I occasionally have to back out the cars, move things and around, and blow the garage out with a leaf blower. I should probably do it more. Our back patio, enclosed by three walls and covered, has the same problem.

The ridge cap allows leaves to blow in on mine.

Pretty much solved the problem by filling the gap with a coarse fiber mesh material that still allows airflow, but stops the leaves.

I don’t recall what the mesh filter is called, but it comes in rolls maybe six or eight inches wide and fifty or so feet long.

Probably mesh roof ridge vent. GAF cobra is a popular brand/model but there is others.
