deburring tool blade change

I've got a aluminum, pencil style deburring tool (made in Israel). I broke the small curved blade. How the heck do you change the blade? I've got an extra blade but cant figure just how you'd get it out. There is a little dimple in the handle but it looks like it's done with a punch at the factory. Thanks in advance.

Usually there is a secondary ring that you press down (towards the handle) which allows the ball bearing to release the tip.

Ding ding... Slide that ring, you just have to press on the ball bearing to free it up some.

I got that same one and yes it's penned. It's disposable or be like me and use it for plastics.

Some of the plastic Glo-Burrs have a twist handle. Post a pic, and someone'll know.

Mine just has a spring loaded button to push and release the blade.
