Going to buy a Shaviv Deburring Tool

They offer a couple handles

Pencil
Slighlty larger like a Highlighter in Width
Really FAT IMO - like a broom handle diameter

For those familiar, pros/cons of handle size

Depends on what parts you plan on using them on. For med sized hand hold able parts I like the standard broom handle (?) diameter, short shank. The pencil ones can be nice for small holes.

I have the Mango II and really like it. The handle has a triangular shape which fits my hand well.

I use the fat one daily, the bits that come with it are junk, we trash them and replace with some type of coated ones. they are gold in color

I have the fat one at work, prefer the trilobular(?) Mango, but they keep walking off. The uncoated blades that come with them are junk for anything but the softest metal and dull to the point that they just gouge even plastic. The TiN (gold coating) is the cats pajamas as far as blades go.

I've always used what you seem to be describing at the broom handle size....though mine are tapered like a file handle.
Always worked well for me.
