Saw an ad pop up for 'Wrenches and Ratchets $200'

Popped it open, and now I am the proud owner of my first 'full' set of Snap On Wrenches! I pick them up the afternoon and will post more pics.

Oh, also came with some other little odds and ends...

Snap On hard handle 3/8" ratchet
craftsman flex hard handle (never seen one before, age?)
SK sockets
Metric Matco Line Wrenches (Will be for sale soon in classifieds, PM if interested)
SAE Craftsman Pro Flare Wrenches
A few other odds and ends.

I'm pretty happy with the lot, 'specially after I sell off a few things, I think I can make my Snappy wrenches 'free'! :D

I hope this works out for you but in my experience I don't consider them mine till they're in my hands.Been burned by too many guys saying they'll hold something and then getting there to find out they sold it to somebody else. When a deal comes up I've learned to jump NOW,drop what I'm doing and go take care of business because if not somebody else will.

Oh, I paid for them already :D So, I suppose I could get burned, but I have faith in people, plus I can cancel paypal-ment. :bounce:

Especially dealing with craigslist people! I had a guy call me like 3 times on Thursday wanting my wheels that i have for sale. I was at work, so it couldn't happen until after work. Guy never called or showed, guess that extra 2 hours he had to wait was just too long.

for the OP looks like a good deal, hope it all works out.

i think you live amongst much more honest and trustworthy people that i seem to! glad it all worked out.

This will blow your mind: the tools were located about an hour and a half away. The person with the tools had a friend that lived in my town that happened to be headed their way today. I stopped at the friends house, with $200, and he came back this afternoon with the tools :D

So, I didn't have to drive 3 hours total just to get the tools, only about 15 minutes round trip :D:D

Congrats on a you **** haul and a great CL experience. My CL deals have for the most part been good. You can get a sense for folks once you talk with them. Getting them to actually answer emails or call you once you've left your phone number is a different story.

My ebay deals have not been as good, so I don't even look there anymore except to get pricing ideas.
