SK most likely would have swapped the duplicate sizes for the correct ones. They have good customer service.

And, I'm sure Amazon would have quickly shipped you a new set. I've had good service from them, too.

Other brands sometimes have an issue with shipping duplicate sizes. It's weird you'd get two that were swapped, though. It would be worth it to me to try a second set or have SK swap the duplicate sizes, because your other options are pricier. But, it's your money. Do what you want.

Quality where I would not need to replace it during use as long as its not abused (cheater bars, etc). Quality also means consistency for me, I dont want 1 bad wrench out of the bunch. I need 21, 19, 18, 17, 16, 15, and 13 at least. I could care less if it's polished or satin.

The highest quality wrenches I have handled are the Hazet 600N's...

Pros: Quality is high, broaching is excellent, offset is forged, comfortable, grip easily
Cons: No Anti-Slip on the open end, clean up isn't as easy since they are a satin finish

There's still Skins classified ad. Snap on 10-19 although that don't include the 21 you want. Buy utd help a fellow garage member and you can see exactly what you buy before you try. Lol.

-OP Foul ups do happen when mail ordering. S&K is usually pretty good stuff. I'd give it another shot but as stated before it's your money
