Shows $31.49 on the sears website and $34.99 in store but rings up $19.99 in store. It's a nice light, it puts a pretty good amount of light. Has a flash light on the end. It lights the side lights up and then the end flash light and then both lights at the same time. Comes with a wall charger and a car charger. I thought it was a decent deal.

Here's the light:

Here's my receipt:

I bought this light a couple years ago, and really liked it. But the rechargeable battery has pretty much crapped out already. It doesn't stay bright very long anymore.

I got a light similar to this as a gift and it has also crapped out. I ended up throwing it away within a year or two. The rechargeable battery *****.

Bought mine a few years ago and like it, it was on sale for $20 back then. I keep it plugged in whenever not in use and have forgot about it and left it on for a few hours before, still works great. Also have the corded version and the switch crapped out pretty quick. Probably my biggest complaint is the holder on the magnet drops the light too easily.
