Decent oil can

I'm looking for a good quality hand-held oiler. I bought a plastic POS from the local ACE and it won't even pump. Sears Hardware has the same one. HF sells one that is only crimped at the bottom and can leak.

Anyone recommend a good brand I can get on Amazon, for example?

Is Goldenrod any good, like this one (though would prefer a bigger one with more capacity and that doesn't tend to get knocked over all the time)?:

I'd also prefer one with a flexible spout rather than a rigid...

I collect old oil cans. The Eagle brand is a good one.

My favorite brand are the Goldenrod oilers. Here is the address, http://www.dutton-lainson.com/categories.php?cat=31. They are made in Hastings, Nebraska.

Yep, get the Goldenrod ones, I bought a couple from Epstein's and they are nice cans, well made, not leaky, made in USA and not expensive for the quality, the cheap China ones are often so bad they are not worth having.

I found an eagle oil can laying in the road one day. Its blue, plastic, and says usa on it. Seems to be a good unit.

I've had a small Goldenrod for a couple of years, well built, leak free, made in USA. Very happy with mine...

I had the same problem a few years ago. Ended up going on ebay...lots of oil cans for sale. I bought a large lot of cans....maybe 25 cans...for about $35. I now have cans available everywhere I turn plus I gave a dozen or so away to friends all of whom where grateful to receive a decent oil can.

I like the looks of the Goldenrod ones. They sell them also on amazon, they are around $20 give or take. Couldn't find the epsteins link right away and google gave me this link instead,

Note there are a bunch of mixed reviews, I'm sure there migh be some people here who can comment if those reviews are one the money or not.

Amazon has a decent selection of european ones but at double the cost.

I picked up a Goldenrod pump oil can at the local farm co-op. i keep cutting oil in it next to my vise.it works great.

That's where I get mine. Local place has three sizes in stock, the big one is great for bulk PB blaster.
