I have passed some nasty things in my time, but never a golf ball. That must hurt every bit of the way through your colon.

LMFAO... playing pongs....:lol_hitti and gotta scream who's your daddy...

I put Toto Drakes in my house because my son could clog up the grand canyon. I've had zero clogs with the Toto's in many years of use.
That kid bought his own house recently. It had 2 brand new Home Depot Glacier Bay toilets.
2 Weeks after he moved in.......Clogged up the HD toilet.
Installed Toto Drakes. Problem solved.

The current map testing is kinda a joke since they now use reusable soy paste in plastic tubes. Not useful as the old map tests. Take it with a grain of salt. My toilet has the highest map scores one can get but my five year old can still clog it. DO not buy a Mansfield even if it has the pretty made in USA sticker. Mine isn't even run of the mill contract grade either. Biggest issue is water cannot move from tank to bowl fast enough. Mine is 2.5" trap I believe. Largest is 3" I believe and smallest is 2.25" I believe. But the hole from tank to bowl is 2" the ones with 3-4" tank to bowl holes move the water fast enough to push the turds through the trap.

We've been using two American Standard Cadet 3 (funny name) toilets since our remodel 5 years ago. I also recently installed a Cadet in the basement remodel. Absolutely 0 issues in 5 years with two adults and three kids.

IMHO, if you have any low flush toilets made before 2010, just get rid of them. Anything made after that will be far superior. Even a new low-end toilet will outperform one of the 1st gen low flush toilets.

100% agree with this. Currently have a mansfield and its horrible. Just walking by the bathroom and glancing at it will stop it up. And when you flush the water slowly makes its way into the bowl and slowly starts to go out....

Ive been wanting an elongated toilet so while checking out with a new water heater I asked what brand toilet they sell... When they said Mansfield I said Im good...

Interesting thing about the old ones -- there is a market. Especially Kohler one-piece toilets in colors. The parts are over $400 for a full rebuild in many cases .. easy, well over 1K

Recently replaced our Mansfield preasure assist toilet(recalled for exploding!) with a Kohler Santa Rosa. The Kohler has been great.

When I redid 2 of the 3 bathrooms in my house, I went with TOTO Drake toilets. They have been great. The old Mansfields that were installed when we moved in were constantly requiring the plunger. Now if the toilet gets plugged, someone wasn't holding the handle down long enough.

3 things will help,

1. take 1 docusate stool softener capsule daily, its very mild.
2. install a $65 bidet, mine is hot and cold water, we haven't bought shitpaper in 2 years and no more hemorrhoids.
3. if you flush and it keeps popping back up ... eat less popcorn.

When we remodeled my wife chose those pretty ONE PIECE toilets. Because she has put up with my stuff for soon to be 43 years I said OK

Those Gerber toilets with Sloan Flush Mates worked well but were sent to good homes.

I am very fond of those Flush Mates. I still have them in my rentals.

I've been satisfied with my Eljer Diplomat in my former home, now rental. I picked up another one for new place. Great flusher.
