I just purchased my first home in October 2013. I had been renting an apartment & 2 car garage previously. Naturally I wanted to find one with a large garage, and this one happened to have 2 garages. One is an attached single car, the other is a detached 2 car (stacked vertically). Yes, somehow I managed to find a garage that came with a lift pre-installed. The previous home owner built it himself, he had 2 drag cars. So without even looking at the rest of the house I went to contract that day j/k
Here it is with most of my stuff in it shortly after moving in. Come spring time I will start working on it, plans are to do insulation, sheetrock, cabinets, big air compressor & build a sturdier work bench. I have gas heat in the house, so was thinking about running a line to the garage and hooking up a large heater unit. Also looking for a larger tool box now that I know I can fit it. The floor is already epoxied, there is a 60amp sub panel with a 220v outlet. The lift is a Benwil.
I used to paint cars at a shop when I was younger, these days I just wrench on my own cars & the occasional friend or family member. Ive got a honda s2000 & 92 nissan sentra se-r. I also work on other people's s2000's on the side sometimes, turbo kits, exhausts, basic maintenance etc.
thanks for looking
