Been lurking for awhile and finally decided to register. I am trying to pare down my membership on messages boards but have decided that this one is one to stay on.
So here I am.
Probably a little early for me, but I am in the early stages of planning my garage rebuild. Currently my garage is more of a shed. 11' x 20' on a concrete slab. Built very crappy... almost like the original builder used the left over scraps from rebuilding the house to build the garage. No electricity or running water either. Needless to say it is only used for storage right now.
The plan is to bring it out 5' and extend it 4' for a total of 16' x 24'. Although it will be labeled a garage, I think the proper term will be shop. I do not plan on parking either of our cars in it.
I will bring the tools out of the basement and use the shop for fabrication. Ofc, there will be an area set aside for the motorcycles.
