Deciphering Vise Markings

Was referred to this forum by the good folks at JPW Industries. They helped me identify a vise I recently picked up at a flea market as a Wilton Model 645. I plan to restore it over time. Looking through multiple threads trying to figure out what some of the markings on it mean and hoping y'all might have some ideas.

1. On the moveable jaw is a 1 with a small arrowhead
2. Under the base is a little "A"
3. On the stationary jaw is a little "4" under the part number

There are no discernible dates anywhere.

More questions to follow as my restoration continues but his ought to do for now.
