Deep Water Shop

After about a year of searching, I finally found a workshop to use as my home base for my business. It is only about 15 minutes away from my house and I simply couldn't pass on this beauty. The owner said I could make any improvements I wanted. He also told me that there was great fishing right off the point and to come down to the docks for free shrimp anytime I wanted. Besides cleaning it up, anyone have any suggestions on improving this space?

The entire strip of land is what I can use. I do mobile blasting, I needed a shop mainly for storage.

Haha I went out to it today to check on things. Roads to get there were flooded, however, the shop is nice and dry.
