I have had good luck with Mac and Cornwell including Williams so far.Mac,I just got a new ratchet today and 3 worn out sockets replaced getting the replacements last week. The ratchet was on back order and was the reason I did not get that last week. Now waiting for a punch which is on back order too.

Anyone use this address lately? This thread is a few years old.

Had the same SO guy for 35 years. When he retired, he told me I should get an industrial rep (we're not automotive). Should've listened. We had an SO corporate guy driving the truck for a while, and I guess they finally sold the route. Can't get the new guy to stop by (and we've actually wanted to buy tools). Anyway, have a 5/32 hex socket I need to warranty.

I'll just send it in to Kenosha, but I wanted to make sure this address was still valid as I thought they discontinued making in Kenosha. Maybe they still distribute from there.

So anyone know if addy is still valid?

I don’t think you can just send tools anymore, there must be a RMA (not what they call it) but essentially the same thing to attach to the package. I would just call them, 10 to 1 they will probably just send you a New Hex or a New socket/Hex if that is what you need.
