Dehumidifier use in Garage

I have a 1500sf uninsulated metal building, concrete floor, that is very well sealed to air flow and is not currently heated as its used for car and parts storage would a properly sized dehumidifier be any better than adding heat for dealing with dew point humidity in the space ?

It’s not possible to effectively control humility if you don’t have control of the temperature swings.
Add the fact Dehumidifiers do not function below 40*-50*.

Air exchange rate is the next issue......after that......Insulation the next issue.
