Let me start by saying I don't know anything about pressure washers.

Does anyone know anything about the Deko PW200 electric power washer? I got one for Christmas as a surprise, but before I open the box I'm trying to determine if it's any good. I'm looking for something to do sidewalks, a driveway, the house, and the cars. Seems like it should be returned.

Don’t know anything about that machine however, it’s very low gpm so cleaning speed will be very slow. 3000psi is fine for concrete, but with sidewalks and drive ways, I’d match it with a surface cleaner to speed things up and give better results. I’d also buy some pool shock and mix half and half with water in a 2 gallon pump sprayer and pretreat the concrete before you wash.
Concerning washing your house, no, I wouldn’t even consider it. You’d want a minimum of 4gpm with a chem injector and good long range soap tips.
The machine you link woukd take days to clean a home and not produce very good results.

You’re better off hiring a professional to clean your home. All too often I have clients TRY to wash their homes with their own power washer only to call me because it just didn’t work out for them.

Thanks. I didn't think it was the right tool for my needs.

Its 120$, weighs 18#, how good we figure it is. 800-1000 for relatively good and 1500 for good. They are well worth it.

I think you're be better off with a quality hand spray wand. Those cheap units aren't much better.
