Just had a new floor poured in my pole barn, 4-5" thick 4500 psi on top of a vapor barrier. I'm finding more than a few spots of delamination. I did find one site that has a product you inject into holes drilled through the delaminated layer, this product is a 2 part urethane that looks to be a possibility. It seems the addition of a vapor barrier and possibly finishing it too soon may have contributed to the problem. Anyone else have any experience with repairs for this problem?

I have seen this and is usually a case of the contractor wetting his trowels during finishing. A butter job.

Have to find the hollow spots using a hammer. Pop them off and resurface using an epoxy repair material.
